Enrollment
Ready to Apply?
Our application process is simple and short. Parents will provide basic contact information, student details, and limited health information so our team can determine whether the program is a good fit for each participant. Our team will contact you within three to five business days after submission.
Have questions? See our application process FAQs below or reach out to our team.
Below are our frequently asked questions regarding the application process. To see these and other questions, check out our FAQs page!
Application Process
That’s easy. Apply for enrollment on our enrollment page, or click the “enroll” button in the menu. A parent needs to complete the application form. The enrollment application form collects basic details about the participant and parent(s)/guardian(s), and some very basic health information.
No, an application for enrollment does not guarantee acceptance into the program. We review all applications on a first-come, first-served basis.
Creating a community among participants is one of the highlights of our adventures. We encourage you to meet new people and build lifelong relationships. To facilitate community building, we limit the number of participants from the same community.
We do, however, allow participants to apply with a friend. Our application includes a section for adding a friend. You need their full name and physical address so that we can match your applications. On that note, BOTH individuals still need to apply and should list each other as the friend they wish to attend with.
We make every effort to contact applicants within three to five business days after they submit the application. Sometimes this timeline may be delayed due to holidays or other factors. If you feel our team has not contacted you within a reasonable time, please contact us to request a status update.
Absolutely, international participants are welcome on all of our programs. A couple of considerations.
One, all instruction is provided in English. While perfect fluency is not required, it is essential to have a conversational understanding of English and the ability to speak it.
Two, every country can have different visa requirements. It is the participant’s responsibility to obtain all required visas, passports, and any other necessary travel documents.
Please see our Terms and Conditions page for more information.
Program tuition for one of our adventures covers all meals, professional and local guides during excursions, accommodations for each overnight, transportation during the adventure, educational supervision by professionals, and all other planned activity costs while on the adventure.
Additional expenses include the following:
- Transportation to and from the adventure starting point. Participants may be dropped off or fly into the destination city. For youth flying, we, or a partner, provide transportation from the airport to our meeting location.
- For those flying, any baggage fees and unaccompanied minor fees as applicable.
- Laundry services (if available – see trip packing list for more information)
- Souvenirs and snacks at gift shops, outposts, or stores.
Of course!! Our first adventure is geared specifically for homeschoolers. We’d love to have you join our adventure.
We get it? Dropping a large sum at once can be tough. We do offer payment plans and can break adventure tuition costs into four (4) equal payments.
